Classes will be led by a spiritual practitioner with over 45 years of experience in Spiritual Science — a world-traveled teacher who has lectured in more than 100 countries, inspiring thousands toward inner peace and self-realisation.


He will focus on self discovery and answer questions on:

Who are we? Where are we going? What is our true identity?  


Specializing in the science of the soul and mantra meditation, he offers practical tools to overcome anxiety and live a fulfilling spiritual life within the material world.

Introduction to class materials.  A small session on Meditation and Chanting.


5pm - 6.30pm

Friends circle discussions.  Rest.  Explore.  Take walk on beach at your own pace.


6.30pm - 8pm

Exclusive dinner with ' Farm to Table' local foraged produce.  Everyone should be seated by 6.30pm.


8pm Onwards

Retire in your room.

Rest.  Explore.  Take a walk on the beach at your own pace.

Beach Walks

You can take walks at your own pace at walking distance to pristine white sandy beaches and coastline.  The beach is just 200m from the property.

Experience 'Farm to Table' Experience with local foraged fresh fruits and vegetables.


Enjoy cleanser juices, green matcha latte, healthy breakfast, fresh fruits, healthy lunch, snack boards and exclusive dinner daily. 


Every day the menu is different and a surprise prepared with the local foraged produce picked fresh on the same day.  


Meals will be prepared in accordance with your meal plans as discussed upon registration.

Accommodation

We offer a variety of accommodation to suit your needs, including single private rooms and shared rooms. Each room is air-conditioned with its own ensuite bathroom.  The room is also equipped with a small kitchenette with fridge, microwave, toaster and tea/coffee utilities.  


The shared rooms has 1 Queen Bed and 1 Single bed.

Classes

We offer a range of classes including yoga, meditation and mindfulness.  Led by experienced teachers and practitioners, these retreats provide an opportunity to deepen your practice and connect with like-minded individuals.
